IMACOS celebrates in 2013 its 15th anniversary and your Instant Trip to Competence.
IMACOS was founded in 1998 by three experienced industry professionals through the initiative of Dr. Till W. Truckenmüller.
The idea was not only to work out strategic solutions and optimization concepts in close cooperation with the customers, but also to directly implement these solutions. That approach resulted in significantly better performance compared to the achievements of traditional consultants.
This business strategy has led to a rapid growth of IMACOS and is still the basis for our work, high implementation success, satisfied customers and motivated, high-performing and skilled employees.
In 2007 the group was restructured. The organization operates as Truckenmüller & Company GmbH – a company for strategic financial business consulting and interim management.
The group focuses on:
- Deployment of interim managers on the first and second management level who can directly assume leadership responsibility
- Implementation of market-oriented corporate strategies and programs for sustainable growth and profit increase
- Overall restructuring and realignment of manufacturing companies. Key sectors are independent or group-bound automotive and engineering enterprises with a turnover of an individual company between EUR 50 million and EUR 3 billion.
After 20 years of experience in setting up companies in most countries of Eastern Europe, in 2010 the IMACOS subsidiary, Truckenmüller & Company Bulgaria EOOD was established in Sofia. It employs today eight internationally experienced professionals.
